BREAKING NEWS>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
This is so difficult! Effective Tuesday, January 4, 2011 Cafe Hula Girl will be closed. I would like to thank each and everyone of you who have supported me for the past 2 years. In particular WHS class of 82, HBN, Pride @ work, Pride Alliance, Rainbow Connection, Chemisstry and gosh, so many more of you. I did not give up but rather exhausted all my energies, creativity, sales & marketing strategies, networking opportunities on a location that has never and will never sustain any type of business at all. Honestly, I think there are negative energies surrounding this building that cannot be deflected.
I am very proud of our food critic write ups in the Honolulu Magazine, the Honolulu Starbulletin & the Honolulu Advertiser. I am also very proud of our excellent reviews on Yelp & Urbanspoon by satisfied customers. I still believe in our concept of fresh cooked food at great value and excellent customer service as well as extraordinary events of all kinds.

And let me be very clear…I will be back soon, and better than ever. I am currently in search of a new location so please send your positive vibes to the universe so that we can be up and running soon. Although saddened, strangely I feel that this is supposed to be happening at this time.

To our guest chef's, Merle Mariano, Todd Kulper, Sammy Chavez, Zach Sato, Sean Priester & Robert Denis.....MAHALO for your fine cuisines. To Chef Roy Wong, thanks for training Brian and developing our outstanding menu. To Glenn, thanks for your creativity, support both physical & financial. To my son Chef Brian Huffman, I could not have come this far without you. To my son Justin, you were always there when we needed an extra hand for our dining events and to my daughter Ashley, well gotta include you so you no get mad haha!
Please visit our contact page and sign up so that we may update you. Our facebook page and website will remain active so we can update you all as we move forward. Thank you alll. I love you all ~ George
